Yes, Zac's serves the finest halal beef in their patties, which are slightly seasoned and pressed to live in that sweet spot between classic Patty and smash patty thickness. I love the charred flavor you get from the meat, hot off the griddle, with an onion flavor that shines. The buns are fancier than you'd expect from a burger joint and the fixings are always fresh - crisp lettuce, juicy tomatoes, and whatever else you'd like or not like. They're very open to adjustments and modifications. You can leave happy knowing you got exactly what you wanted from Zac's. They have a number of fun burger styles to choose from. When I'm not feeling too adventurous, their simple Double Cheese Burger satisfies like no other. I never feel like I could've just made it at home. Well worth the money but overall, Zac's won't break the bank! One of the few spots that still offers combo deals, kids meals, and generous helpings of everything. I hear their shakes are mad good too! They keep the restaurant clean and you can comfortably sit and eat in their booth seating for as long as you'd like. Zac's is elevated fast food, but some place you can feel GOOD about eating a burger. The ethically sourced meat is good for your gut, your wallet, and your planet! ”

Once I order the food and it passed the closing time, the food were locked inside as a result and it was my fault, the boss heard and then drove 20 minutes back to the location just for me to get my food. “ Great staff and a great burger ! Have eaten here twice now and will be returning again The chicken wings were just how we like them, not fatty or breaded - just nice crispy chicken skin. They are on the bigger side when compared to some other places. The Big Zac was a great choice and my kids enjoyed the chocolate and strawberry ice-cream shakes alongside their mini-zacs We dined in, these burgers are very juicy and taste best right out of the kitchen - There was a ton of drivers picking up the entire time while we were eating as well. ”

“ Two bites into the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich I knew this was great. The crunch factor, the sauces, the chicken quality and the overall size of the sandwich was all around well worth it. Its not too hot or spicy as its more on the enjoyable side of spicy rather than the type that makes you hurt. Excited to try the burgers next time! ”

“ So many competing thoughts came to me when I realized that this was the same Zac's that was located briefly in Hamilton a few years back. It was more of a diner concept with breakfasts all day and other entrees. I thought it was ballsy to open a breakfast place literally right across from an IHOP, and tried it with gf and we both enjoyed. Then it disappeared( ironically she did as well:) As I took the short drive to its new location in West Windsor it dawned on me that it was housed in a strip mall I was very well aware of, and had spent a lot of time at in my misspent youth. This mall is completely different now, but thoughts of that specific time were strong. Zacs is now a sandwich shop, and the decor speaks to that. Good inside space but also tables outside, along with a cute park within walking distance. Plenty of options for eating there. I took mine to go, a Nashville hot chicken, fries and a chocolate shake. I asked for the slaw on the side so as not to waterlog the bun. Once home I opened the box to find a perfectly intact brioche roll with a large breast hanging out of it. This was breaded with copious spice and was indeed hot. Still crispy too, and the meat was tender and juicy. The slaw had ranch dressing in it which went nicely, dill pickles and spicy Mayo rounded out the sammy. I enjoyed it very much. The fries were excellent too. The shake was ok, I would have liked for it to be richer in chocolate flavor though. I plan on revisiting again as I work pretty close to it. I'd love to try a burger here in the future too, but it would be hard not to select another poultry offering. Maybe I'll do both and skip the shake! ”

“ A burger is a burger is a burger... except when it's chicken. The absurd "chicken wars" of the last few years has shaken the nation's fragile poultry supply chain to it's very core and has been largely fought on the hallowed drive-thru battlefields named Popeyes, McDonalds, Chick-fil-A and Burger King et al. In fact, things got so contentious at one point even dog food extruder Taco Bell tried to muscle in on the action. Woof, Woof. Slipping in under the radar in this scrum just might be Zac's crispy chicken sandwich. What it lacks in a billion dollars worth of adland carpet bombing it sure makes up in just being clucking amazing. I'm not going to dwell because a chicken sandwich is a chicken sandwich is a chicken sandwich... except when it's Zac's best of breed entry. An easy five stars. ”

TIPS: 6 dollar single burger with a VALID STUDENT ID PROMO: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday KIDS EAT FREE after 7 pm (the offer is off for now due to pandemic) Looking for something affordable and pretty much same quality as Five Guys?! Yes, it does exist! Zac's Burger customer service is great with plenty of choices to pick from: vegan burger, fried chicken sandwich, fried Oreos and etc. I would recommend the crispy chicken sandwich. It was delicious! Chicken was truly crispy with awesome pickles, just yum. The fried Oreos are pretty cheap ( I would rate them 7/10) compared to other places out there. The Oreo shake was great as well but not as good as Five Guys for sure (8/10).
